Welcome to GraminBazar. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Pricing

All products listed on our website are priced in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We reserve the right to change prices or cancel orders in the event of clear technical pricing errors.

2. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to selected areas in Boalmari, Faridpur, and surrounding delivery zones. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Payment and Cash on Delivery

All orders are currently processed through Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are expected to pay the full invoice amount to the delivery rider upon receiving the products.

4. Return Policy

Customers must check the quality of fresh goods upon delivery. Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items should be returned to the delivery rider immediately. Returns requested after the rider leaves will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
